NoTraceNOTHING SAVED. NOTHING RECOVERED.

Safety & Reporting

Effective August 30, 2026

If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. NoTrace is not an emergency service and cannot provide immediate intervention.

Protect yourself

Prohibited behavior

NoTrace prohibits threats, harassment, stalking, bullying, hate, sexual exploitation, content involving minors, nonconsensual intimate imagery, impersonation, fraud, spam, malware, illegal activity, and attempts to evade safety restrictions. The complete rules appear in the Terms of Service.

Block a user

Use the conversation menu to block a user. Blocking is intended to stop contact through that account. A determined person may create another account, so report repeated evasion.

Report a problem

Use Report Contact or Conversation in the conversation menu, or email admin@notrace.cloud. Include your username, the other username, an approximate date and time, and a description. Include screenshots only when safe and lawful. Never email passwords, recovery answers, recovery PINs, or unlawful sexual content.

Filtering and response

NoTrace applies a limited automated filter to high-confidence prohibited text and may refuse to send it. No automated filter is complete, so users should also block and report abusive conduct. Reports are recorded for review and should be assessed as promptly as reasonably possible, with urgent credible threats prioritized.

What NoTrace may do

We may review available reports, account records, and technical records, restrict users from finding or contacting one another, remove available content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records when legally necessary, and refer credible threats or apparent crimes to appropriate authorities. Because conversation content expires quickly, we may not be able to retrieve it after deletion.

Appeals

If you believe enforcement was mistaken, email admin@notrace.cloud with your username and a concise explanation. Safety decisions may remain in place while reviewed.
