Terms of Service

Effective August 30, 2026

These Terms form an agreement between you and NoTrace LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. By creating or using an account, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Safety Rules, and Subscription Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Signup requires entry of a birthdate and an adult-eligibility confirmation. The birthdate is used to perform the age check and is not saved to the NoTrace profile. You may not use NoTrace if prohibited by applicable law.

Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your password, recovery answer, and recovery PIN and for activity through your account. Use accurate account-control information, do not impersonate another person, and notify admin@notrace.cloud if you believe an account is compromised. Because NoTrace does not collect an account email or phone number, recovery may be impossible if recovery secrets are lost.

Acceptable use

You may not use NoTrace to:

• threaten, harass, stalk, bully, exploit, or unlawfully discriminate against anyone;
• create, request, possess, or distribute child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving a minor;
• share nonconsensual intimate imagery, facilitate sexual exploitation, or solicit illegal sexual services;
• promote violence, self-harm, terrorism, illegal drugs, fraud, theft, or other unlawful conduct;
• impersonate others, deceive users, distribute malware, phish, spam, or interfere with the service;
• violate privacy, intellectual-property, publicity, or other legal rights; or
• attempt to evade a block, suspension, safety restriction, rate limit, or technical safeguard.

User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant NoTrace a limited, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, and automatically delete that content solely as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and meet legal obligations. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit it.

Messages are designed to expire, but recipients may screenshot, download, photograph, record, or otherwise preserve content. Do not send anything you cannot risk being retained by another person.

Safety and enforcement

You can block users and report a contact or conversation from the conversation menu. Reports may also be sent to admin@notrace.cloud. We may investigate, restrict contact, remove content where available, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or contact authorities when reasonably necessary. We are not obligated to monitor every private conversation.

Paid plans

Premium and Premium+ are automatically renewing subscriptions unless canceled. Website purchases are processed by Stripe, which may require billing contact and payment information. A billing email is not a NoTrace account login. Price, billing frequency, benefits, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the Subscription Policy and the terms shown at checkout.

Service changes and availability

NoTrace may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Temporary deletion, notifications, delivery, availability, and account recovery are not guaranteed. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Termination

You may stop using NoTrace or request account deletion. We may restrict or terminate access for violations, risk to users or the service, legal requirements, or prolonged inactivity. Provisions that reasonably should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—will survive.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NoTrace LLC and its members, employees, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, or user conduct. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
